Jason originally attended Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University where he graduated with a bachelors degree in Space Physics.  He then enlisted in the United States Air Force for 4 years as a cruise missile maintenance technician and a electrical test system maintainer .  It was here that he decided to pursue a second bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology.
